One 1/4 pound package of smoked bonito
1 cup Creme Fraishe or sour cream
1/4 cup chopped Cornishions
1/4 cup chopped green onion
2 Tbl minced parsley
salt and pepper to taste
Chop or fork fish and add ingredients in bowl and fold together
Can be mixed into a pate or lightly mixed chunky style. My Preference.
Serve as a dip or spread on your favorite cracker or toasted points.
